Seasonal recipes that will surprise you, Chefs’ techniques but with ingredients and kitchenwares that you can find easily at home: it’s our trademark!

Flore

Founder, Manager and Chef

Flore opened the atelier in 2008 with the idea of living from her passion while sharing it.

As a child, she discovers cooking through family recipes from her mother and grandmother. Flore attended a professional training at the Ritz in Paris where she was able to perfect her skills with great chefs such as Eddy Benghanem and Michel Roth.

Laurence

Chef

Laurence loves to receive guest stylishly, but without bothering. As a good pedagogue, she will share with you her tips, and you will discover her colorful cuisine, inventive but mostly practical and organized.

Laurence followed her professional training in Namur and went through restaurants such as the Espièglerie, l’Air du Temps, le Fou du Roy ...

Guillaume

Chef

Guillaume is a talented young French chef who will pass on great recipes. Passionate for pastry, eager traveller, he has the taste of sharing and will share his tips in a good mood.

Pascal

Sommelier

Pascal has been trained as a sommelier by Alain Bloeykens, and he is passionate about his job! After several years working in restaurants, he decided to create Winespot to share his passion with others. Since then, he has worked in collaboration with many well known gourmet restaurants.
