It’s summer, and we’ve put together a menu that celebrates the season by showcasing fresh, flavourful ingredients!
On the menu:
Chef’s surprise amuse-bouche
Starter: Fennel, citrus and pomegranate salad
Main course: Poultry stuffed with tomatoes and basil, sun-ripened vegetables and rösti
Dessert: Pavlova with market-fresh fruit
Drinks are included (aperitif + 2 glasses of wine + fruit juice & water); you will receive the recipe sheets by email after the class.
The class is taught exclusively in French.
